Unlike so many repairmen I've dealt with, Rich was genuinely open, friendly, and caring. He said, "Don't worry, I'll take good care of you!" And he did just that. Whistling while he worked, he quickly assessed the situation and said, smiling, "You don't need a new lock. I can just reset and repair this one." That alone scored points with me because he didn't try to swindle me by insisting I needed a new lock. He completed the job in a swift and professional manner at an affordable price. (It didn't hurt that I got a $10 discount for being an Angie's List member!)

Accidentally locked myself out when taking the dog out to relieve herself. Found this locksmith when another I had used previously was too busy to help. Lee Lock was not only cheaper, he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Very happy and satisfied with this service.

Rich and TJ came to my house on short notice. They were on time. They did a superb job. They went above and beyond what I ever expected because they went to Home Depot to get some parts, including a new door sweep and door stopper. They fixed the doors and locks perfectly. Before they came, the front doors weren't lined up so that we had to apply pressure to the door handle to make the deadbolt lock. All of that pressure made it so the door handle kept coming off. They fixed the door handle and lined up the locks perfectly so the dead bolt locks smoothly. It is as good as new. Rich and TJ were very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
